1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed if:
- Your return is approved after inspection.
- The product is out of stock and a replacement isn’t possible.
- Your order was canceled before shipment.
2. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (you’ll need to share your account details securely via email).
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- Only part of an order is returned.
- The returned item shows minor wear or incomplete packaging (at lookwala discretion).
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank or payment app.
- Contact your payment provider.
